As can be seen in the photos, the gentleman was left without teeth on his maxilla, and he still had a few left on his mandible. We managed to save most of the teeth on the mandible, performing endodontic treatments and restoring them with veneers and dental crowns, and where they were missing, implants were inserted, over which all-ceramic crowns were then placed. For the jaw, the solution was agreed upon: complete denture on galvano-formed telescopes on implants, with individualized gingiva, for the most aesthetic and durable result.
The telescopic denture is a fixed, but also a mobile, complete denture. It allows the patient to remove it for complete and correct hygiene.
