Implant insertion in the aesthetic area
Implantology
Marian suffered a bicycle accident. Unfortunately, it was very serious and led to trauma to his front teeth. Of these, one could not be saved and therefore a dental implant had to be inserted. The rest of the teeth needed root canal treatment and restoration of the anatomical shape. In place of the tooth where the implant was inserted, an all-ceramic crown was finally placed on a zirconium hybrid post, and the rest of the affected teeth could be reconstructed from composite, helping him return to a normal life. This treatment was chosen as the optimal and minimally invasive option for this 18-year-old patient. We do not know if his passion for cycling has returned, but we certainly resuscitated his smile.
